On Saturday February 2nd, Gallery Nucleus will be having the first Amulet book signing. I’ll have some original artwork on display, and I’ll be signing books, sketching, and hanging out from 6 to 10 pm. I’ll be leaving to Toronto soon afterwards to begin the Amulet book tour. I’ll post updates on the signing and the tour as we get closer to February.
I just received my DVDs of The Karate Kid and Starship Troopers in the mail. They are two of my all-time favorite films, and I realized I didn’t have them in my home library. If you haven’t seen The Karate Kid in a while, I highly recommend it! The story, script, acting, and directing are top notch, and I even got all watery-eyed when I saw it again a couple of days ago, something I never did when I saw the film as a kid. The storytelling in this film is immaculate.
